• The QMS App eliminates the need for designated waiting areas. You have the freedom to utilize your time as you wish until it's close to your turn.
• When it's almost your turn, the app will alert you to get ready and proceed to the store.
• When it's your turn, another alert will be generated, providing you with information about the service personnel who will assist you. This way, you can easily locate them or the service counter.
